In 2005  I came across an advert in the Dog press for a litter of Smooth Collies which were of all Trevor and Birgit's Foxearth breeding but bred in Lancashire.  I went to see the Foxearth bloodline litter and a blue bitch caught my attention.
I liked her eye which gave her a softer expression that appealed to me and after a further visit brought her home.

Sadly Lucy, Lilymead Amazing Grace decided that motherhood was not for her!

Never seriously campaigned as such Lucy, is a lovely bitch to own and likes nothing more than a cuddle.
Not a natural showgirl she has done extremely well though since Jack's and then Sassy's arrival seems to have quite taken to the show ring at last!
The critiques below tell more about this lovely bitch than I and I thank the judges who have thought highly of our lovely blue girl.

Scottish Breeds March 2011 Judge Mr B Makepiece (Lynaire)

Open Bitch 2nd French’s Lilymead Amazing Grace RCC

This blue of a lovely colour has matured so well since I judged her as a puppy. Her head is so good just right for muzzle, stop, eye and expression. Ears on top showing so well, I liked her neck and outline she was in lovely tight coat and condition and moved soundly front and rear I feel could gain her title if campaigned.
